The Company means LED Wallpaper Boutique Ltd. the customer means the Customer of the Company.

We want you to enjoy your custom items, and we can work with you during the quoting, design, and proofing process. We are always ready to answer any questions and help before, during, and after the production process to get you what you need.
All LED wallpaper is made to order, we hold no stock of finished products. We offer our customers a 48 hours cooling off period.
The Client must exercise their right of withdrawal by sending to LED Wallpaper Boutique, by email firstname.lastname@example.org or post LEDWallpaper Boutique Ltd, 1 Harmony Place, SE8 3FE, London, UK the withdrawal form depicted below, attaching the document attesting to the date and time of purchase “I/we (*) hereby notify you of my/our (*) withdrawal from the contract for the sale of the goods below:

LED Wallpaper Boutique agrees to contact the Client within 72 hours to give them details of the Cancelation confirmation.
Strictly no order cancellations will be accepted and no refund will be available after 48 hours have passed from the time of order.
No returns or exchanges can be accepted because the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom colour, custom printed or custom built supplies or equipment. Any issues as described under the defective goods section below will be taken care of with any custom product we've produced.
The Customer must ensure that there is someone present on delivery to inspect and sign for the goods. If the goods delivered are not what was ordered or are visibly damaged or defective or if the delivery is of an incorrect quantity the Customer should notify the Company in writing via email or at our contact address within three days of the delivery of the goods in question otherwise the Company shall have no liability to the Customer. If the Customer will notify the Company of a problem under this condition the Company’s only obligation will be, at the Company’s option:
To make good any shortage or non-delivery;
To replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective;
To refund to the Customer the amount paid for the goods in question.
When returning goods the Customer will be required to arrange and pay for transit unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. On request the Company can arrange for a carrier to collect the goods, however the cost of this will be charged to the Customer and may be deducted from any refund.
The Company is entitled to refuse any order placed by the Customer.
All of our products are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship or material under normal use for a period of 1 year fromdate of purchase. Any item that is claimed to be defective within this time will need to be removed from the wall and returned to the Company. We willrepair or replace the product or component if it is determined that the defect existed at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use.
Damage or defects caused by improper installation, fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by the Customer or anythird party; If the Customer or any third party uses the goods supplied by theCompany in a way that that the Company does not recommend, fails to follow theCompany’s instructions delivered with the order (Installation Instructions,Wall Layout Diagram, and any other written recommendation provided by theCompany regarding the specific order), or makes any alteration or repair without prior written approval from the Company; If damage is caused by poor conditions on site such as extreme temperatures, damp or unprepared walls;Skill of labour used to carry out the installation.
